Junior year is finally coming to an end and I am extremely ecstatic and proud of myself for being able to maintain and complete all my work. Not only has junior year shown me the difficulty of education it has taught me to challenge myself where I once did not believe I could succeed in. I am more overly proud that I was able to accomplish the countless work that was given to me along with the addition to take two AP exams that I was required to take. Junior year as a whole has been quite frankly a mysterious obstacle because I encountered numerous things that I did not believe would face me. Moreover, I wish to improve on my reading skills along with skills to write an efficient essay. Also math has been difficult for me because I am not enrolled in a math class; I believe that I am not receiving helpful lessons to understand. With that I am trying to improve, in order to improve I am frequently going to get math lesson after school.
To go on with, summer break is around the corner I am looking forward to relaxing and focusing on things I need to do in order for senior year to go smoothly so that I could graduate on time. I will be prioritizing my life and keeping school a main priority because I do want to finish high school. Other things that I am looking forward to this summer is spending quality time with my family and my closest friend, but most importantly focusing on my well-being. Next year I am looking forward to senior year and graduating with my fellow class mates that I have been dreaming of since I was in grade school. Not to mention, I am looking forward to the choice of college I would be attending in the fall of 2016. Although, I have not looked into colleges that I would surely like to attend, I am certain that I will be given the opportunity to attend a college that is right fit for me, during the summer I will be looking into that.
Furthermore, a class that has definitely shaped me this year has got to be AP English, I have learned so much and I am thankful that I had the opportunity to be in the class. I would also like to take the time to thank Ms. Skinner for granting us her time and effort to help me and my classmates to improve in our English as well as providing us skills that is required to be successful in the real world.
Finally, some events that and extracurricular activities that I have been involved in this year was art club, key club, adventure club and some time in leadership, within these clubs I have participated in helping the school and fundraising money for events. Other than that junior year has been an absolute lesson I’ve learned new things that I will forever be grateful for. I can’t wait to finish the last semester for junior year and what the future has in stored for me.
